"An absolute gem. It may be small but it is one of the most thoughtfully put together VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean and you can tell a lot of thought went into every inch. It was also nice not to have to spend the last day of my vacation doing laundry and vacuuming. I've noticed VRBOs are getting more and more demanding about cleaning the place on top of charging you a hefty cleaning fee. That's not the case here. It's reasonably priced and worth every penny. "House accommodated our family of 5 nicely and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, but it didn’t have a toaster. All the beds were very comfortable. Having the river, really close to the back yard, was a major plus. We utilized the fire pit and hot tub and experienced no problem with these amenities. The washer seems to only stain whites, not colors. We reported the ice maker did not work properly and so we just bought ice instead. We feel the house could benefit...

"Terrific rental property. We loved the river, the hot tub, the porch overlooking the river. Pantry was stocked with useful condiments, including coffee beans. Granite Falls is close enough to get groceries easily (and there's a couple of nice restaurants there, which we visited on an earlier trip to the area), but you feel quite isolated. Good hiking trails nearby. The owners were quick to respond to questions. Clean, comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Pictures were extremely accurate. All communication was done over the app, made the entire process easy and peaceful. Such a cozy place. We went in early May (which can be spciy with weather), but we got a beautiful week. The time period also allowed for limited bugs, wonderful hiking weather, and zero neighbors. Without a doubt, would stay here again!"
