The staff was wonderful. we arrived at 2a.m. to no hotwater in our upgraded club floor room, we waited until morning thinking that maybe it was just out after a long day in the hotel and we were exhausted by that point. waking up at 6a.m there was still no hot water.. letting the night agent Erin know she immediatedly checked the situation, got a card to a room with hot water and made it right as soon as she could.
overall room was fairly clean... some extra needed to be done in the bathroom as there was a spot missed... but moreso the cooler water was an issue on our area of the hotel... we stayed three night I had 1 night of actual hot water.
our shower curtain was ripped from the first grommet and hanging, and the vent above out shower was hanging by 1 screw... The final straw for me was when I hopped out of the shower fresh and clean to wrap up in a fresh towlel and unrolled one with a great big nasty rusty colored stain.
none of this would have bothered me much in an older hotel... however when you pay an upgrade for the club floor... these kind of problems make a person not care to book that extra special space.
Not sure I would stay again.. even if my event is happening in the hotel...
