"I stayed for a few days in wintry January. The room (facing Pownal, 3rd floor) was a clean and cozy refuge from the weather. There was a thermostat I could adjust when it was especially cold and windy outside. The staff were all lovely and every morning I enjoyed complementary coffee available downstairs. There are single-use cups available, however, I brought my own thermos which I took to my room and sat back to enjoy the beautiful morning sky from the window. I highly recommend going to...

"Todd is great and easy to get a hold of. He communicated with me before and through the stay, easy self check in, hotel located downtown with great location, rooms are equipped with everything you need and has an old style feel that reminds you we are in Charlottetown. Back desk is beautiful, parking is perfect. There was a big storm and he couldn’t get to the hotel to plow us out so he called and offered a comp night. Got to us in the afternoon, which really was quicker than I thought....
