From January 1 through March 10, Grand Rapids transforms into a glowing outdoor art playground, and our home offers the ideal warm, comfortable space to return to after exploring the installations, all only a short drive (or quick Uber) away.

Well kept, clean, and has a great feeling of home even when you are away from your own. We enjoyed the binder with all the helpful neighborhood and area info. Just a great place all around. Will definitely try to stay there again when heading to GR.

Cozy stay

A very nice place to stay close to several great locations in Grand Rapids. The property was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and chill.The host is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere cozy and affordable in the area.

Location was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the welcome binder, filled with important information about the area and rental property. Furnishings were comfortable, bathroom nicely updated, home in general was a nice place to come back to after a day at the zoo and botanical gardens.
