"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was worried about the parking not being secure and the hotel being in a bad area, but we had no issues at all with our stay. Parking did cost $17, and they had a metal gate to make it "secure". We didn't leave any valuables in the car and didn't have any problems. "Overall, facilities, views, welcome, and even the pillows on the bed - wonderful! The issue was the mattress. Hard as a rock. I have a firm mattress at home. The mattress that tortured me all night was not firm. I was scouting the resort for a family trip - but wouldn’t put anyone through the sleepless night. I was up and out as early as I could be. I did speak to front desk and even left a message for head of housekeeping, and no response to apologize for the mattress that desperately needs...

"The price and quality of the hotel was a good match for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The was nice, comfortable, and everything worked appropriately. The neighborhood had plenty to choose from fir shopping, dining, and entertainment. In my case the walk to the train station was tricky due to the numerous overpasses that surrounds the area and Google maps telling me to down streets that we're not passable."

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"Excellent front desk, house cleaning and restaurant services. Everyone was very polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. We will definitely return for our next stay whenever we are planning to visit the Bay Area in the future. Hallway, elevators and rooms are always fresh and kept clean."
