Spacious and Cozy

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was very clean and stocked appropriately with toiletries and towels. Overall, a great vacation and we will definitely return in the future!

Lovely location. We have stayed in these condos several times. It can be a bit warm in upstairs bedroom so you might use a fan. The kitchen is good. Need to look up how to dispose of trash. All and all we had a great time. We love Grand Lake.

Great location and Loved the creek!

The property was as described, and the location was perfect. It is very close to downtown with local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed sitting by the beautiful creek, listening to the water, and reading a book!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here- the property is in the perfect location to be able to walk to town, there was plenty of parking for our trailer, and the place was very nice. We had plenty of space for my family of 6 and loved that we were able to have the adjoining door opened for our friends that were staying in the other suite-this made the stay perfect for us!

Family vacation

We all just loved this condo. The view of the river was spectacular,the water was still high. There was plenty of room and the kitchen very well stocked and clean. The location is perfect for walking distance into the beach and town. I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and calm

The property was perfect for us. There were four of us. My husband and I as well as two kids aged 11 and 12. The property was peaceful and calm, close to town and had everything we needed.

Beautiful views

Property was as listed and had an amazing view of the rapids. So relaxing. Walking distance to food and the lake. We watched deer cross the rapids in the evening.

Lovely Riverfront Condo in Grand Lake

This condo was perfect for us. It was just the right size for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we loved just sitting by the river taking in the sights and sounds. The walk into town is a very short distance. The condo was clean and quiet. Truly the perfect get away. I highly recommend this "Riverfront Gem".

Two Night Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. We needed a few items and emailed Evolve and the items were hand delivered in a matter of minutes. The creek was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails by the creek.

Convenient and Comfy

Everything was easy … from renting on vrbo to getting to and into the condo. Communication was great. Loved the rapids. The location is convenient/walking distance to town and close to both RMNP and some great local hiking trails. The condo was clean, comfy and we had everything we needed.

Very nice.

Very nice. Kind of pricey but hey you get what you pay for! Wonderful location, RIGHT on the rapids (creek side). Very responsive when a few things needed their attention.
