The perfect home base for a Rocky Mountain adventure, the condo includes dedicated indoor parking equipped with an EV outlet (charger not provided).

After the day's adventures, unwind on the spacious private patio while taking in views of downtown and the surrounding mountains or kick your feet up in the sunny living area and open up the windows to circulate cool mountain breezes. The kitchen features gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Added features include a wine cooler for happy hour beverages and a frame TV in the living room for easy, convenient entertainment. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom includes a desk area for remote work needs and a smart TV for en suite entertainment. Two full bathrooms offer household convenience.

Beautiful
We enjoyed the beautiful property and its location to eating, shopping and hiking. I did have a little bit of trouble figuring out the parking garage and where to enter/ exit the hallways, but once in, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Terrible Start to Our Snowshoe Weekend
We had a miserable experience at this condo. We booked it for a 4-day weekend. The check-in time is later than most places at 4 pm. However, the condo had dirty dishes when we arrived. Vomit in one of the bathrooms and urine in the other bathroom. The water was shut off. We left to find a place to post up and figure out what to do since it was Feb and snowy/cold out. I called Vacasa and they said they "put in a ticket". This is managed by a company, not in Colorado! So They don't understand the area or the weather. I was disconnected and had to call back. I got in touch with a sympathetic person but her power to fix the situation was limited. They offered us another home that was not in town. Being in town and walkable was the whole point of our booking. She gave me the number of their local property guy, Mike. He was very understanding and helpful. He got on the problem right away. We went to have dinner while we waited. We had to make it a long dinner and Mike was able to get the unit cleaned by a local team at such last minute. However, it still took a little over 5 hours and we had 2 very sleepy kids when we were able to get into the unit after 9 pm. Vacasa did not follow up with us at all. They did not offer a refund for one of the nights or a discount. Only Mike followed up to ensure we were in and everything was good. Corporate did not. We paid full price for that experience. Can't include everything here due to the character limit, but do not recommend it.

Fall Break Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here! Grand Lake has become one of our favorite places to travel as a family. The condo was absolutely perfect! The most beautiful views as well! It had TONS of room, was walking distance to restaurants, stores, the lake. The parking garage came in handy during the snow as well! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much for letting this experience be so wonderful!

Love Grand Lake
Beautiful condo above the best cafe in town. Short walk to the lake and beach. Huge second story deck with lovely views of town and the mountains beyond. Garage parking is a bit tight, but it’s priceless having a reserved spot on a busy summer weekend. Great place.

Beautiful views
The huge balcony was wonderful with great views of downtown and the mountains. The condo was clean enough but we saw some spots on the floor and the cupboards were dirty but overall it was fairly clean. The furniture could be more comfortable

Great Location and Views
Pros: * Great location - easy to walk everywhere in town. * New build, clean. * 2 bedrooms including separate master bedroom and bathroom. * Plenty of room to hang out both indoor and outdoor. The games provided were a nice bonus! * Big, beautiful kitchen * Amazing view of the mountains from inside living room and master bedroom. * The HUB downstairs has amazing breakfast and lunch. * Garage was a must with all the snow! Read communication you receive carefully to know what the garage code is. * Easy access to 2nd floor with steps or elevator. * Vacasa was very responsive. * Lots to do nearby in both summer and winter. Cons: * It has radiant heat and this does require an explanation of how to use thermostat. We were very cold the first night and hot the second until we figured it out. A sign explaining how to use would have been very helpful. * Master bed is not comfortable. It has some kind of cover on the mattress and pillows (I'm sure to keep clean) and every time you move on it, it makes a lot of noise. * The fees that Vacasa charges are high in comparison to other available units in town so be sure to look carefully at the price you are going to be charged. They say it is for housekeeping. Unlike other places we have stayed in the past there is no list of thing you have to do before you leave (strip beds, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc.) and maybe that is why they charge more, but it seemed excessive and we would have rather pay less and have to take care of some housekeeping things.

Beautiful newer condo. Great location, right downtown. Quick walk to the lake and Marina. Kitchen was equipped well, just bring your food and extras like olive oil etc……
