    This spacious condo features two bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms, both with tub/shower combos ensuring comfort and convenience for you and your guests. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a brand-new smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups.

    Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with matching stainless-steel appliances and ample cabinet space. The living area offers an open floor plan that allows the entire group to stay connected during your stay. Gather around the gas fireplace or enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the balcony.

    - The minimum age to rent this home is 25
    - 4WD / AWD, snow tires or chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
    - This home is not pet friendly - NO exceptions per HOA regulations
    - This home is non-smoking
    - No parties or events
    - *No oversized vehicles / boats/ trailers / ATV’s or snow machines in lot, only allowed to unload
    - *Parking Spaces Available: 1 with parking pass
    - Please note: This home does not have air conditioning, which is common for homes in our high-alpine area

    Winter Arrival:
    Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Condo near Grand Lake

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit just a very short drive to shops and restaurants as well as the lake. Unit has no AC so warm nights can be uncomfortable. This unit has a gas line on the deck but no BBQ. Everything else needed is there to have a nice stay.

Wonderful trip

It worked out great for us. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the lakes for hiking, fishing, and seeing wildlife. Nice small town, just a great trip which we would like to repeat.

Very good stay. Needs a couple repairs, but it sounds like they are on top of that. It was a great location. Close to RMNP and Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Grocery store is just a couple hundred yards away as well. We would definitely stay again.

The home was beautiful, only complaint was we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator other than that the home was in a great location to beautiful downtown shopping or entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Forrest.

Great stay - but be careful of the bunk beds

Reviewer Comments: First off -> I will list the negative but overall it was a great stay!We are a family of 5 and had a very positive stay here - baring a few furniture issues- specifically with the bunk beds. There is a huge issue with the thickness of the mattresses. 1) They are WAY larger than they need to be thus that the "roll bars" on the bunk bed are under the mattress. 2) They leave VERY little room between the ceiling and the bunk above. On Night on one of my kids hit their head on the fan and another on the bunk above themselves. By Night 3 they figured it out - so just be careful.My daughter also had the Shower curtain fall on her head -- but she was ok.Otherwise everything was great. One thing thats very odd is there was 2x copies of multiple boardgames (Scrabble / Monopoly / Sorry).I didn't feel the bathroom rugs were that clean and I would suggest the cleaning crew clean them each time they come.Laundry in-unit was great!We also had an issue where we could open the kitchen window but in order to close it we had to remove the screen and manually pull it back in.Ice maker didn't work either. Ok now that the bad is over... it was a good stay and a great way to end up a camping trip with 2 showers + Laundry. Not too far from town. I'd recommend.

The balcony had so much bird poop on it we did not use the space. The communication from the rental company and associated paperwork was excessive, confusing and frustrating. When Grand Mountain Rentals sent all of the information about the condo stay, I informed them that I couldn't open their attachments. I asked for the email to be sent in a different format. They did not send it. When we checked into the unit, there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. In addition, bedroom #2 had no hangars in the closet. We asked for 2 pillow cases and a few hangars but got no response. Prior to arriving, I called Grand Mountain Rentals about other issues but got no response. The phone just went dead; no ability to leave a message. The directions for how to get to the unit do not match how to actually get there, partially because some of the street signs are missing or completely turned in the wrong direction. This unit needs a little sprucing up. Some of the windows don't work and in general, the unit looked a little shabby.
