Sunrise Cove in Grand Lake, Colorado is a beautiful and spacious vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. It is situated in a picturesque location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake.

As you enter the cabin, you`ll be greeted by an open-plan living area that features a comfortable seating area with a large sofa and armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. There`s also a large flat-screen TV and a fire place to cozy up next to.

The living area leads to the fully equipped kitchen that features all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Guests will also find a full set of utensils, cookware, and dinnerware, allowing them to prepare their meals comfortably.

The cabin features three bedrooms, all of which are elegantly furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring that guests get a good night`s sleep. The first bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom.

For additional sleeping space, the cabin also has a queen-sized pullout sofa and a rollout cot in the living room, ensuring that there`s enough space for everyone.

One of the standout features of the cabin is the outdoor back patio that features an at-home bocce ball court and barbecue area. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains while enjoying a delicious BBQ with friends and family.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin including the two car garage.

The Shores of Shadow Mountain is a private community overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake. This cabin is located in Grand Lake and is a short distance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The cabin features a two car garage fully accessible to guests during their stay. Please no parking on the streets.

Absolutely no pets. Fine up to $500.00 per pet.

No events or parties.

Must have 4x4 from November through March.
This cabin is in an HOA community and has a strict 10:00 PM quiet hour. Failure to comply can be cause for a large fine up to $500.00.
