Home is beautiful and location is perfect for getting anywhere in Grand Junction. Communication with host is quick and very attentive. Will be booking for all future visits with family. Highly recommend!

My husband, I, and our friends really liked this house. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the house was very welcoming. My favorite part was the front sun room. It was a great place to have coffee and read. The house was in a really good location, close to everywhere we went. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Most VRBO stays are outstanding. Aiesha has this art form perfected. Her VRBO process and her property should be the VRBO Gold Standard. Perfect location, clean, remodeled, perfect check in process and 4 bathrooms!!Definitely a reason never to use hotels again!

The property was everything described - it had all the space my family needed and provided parking for each of our vehicles. The host was very responsive and quick to reply. We were there for a wedding, but if and when we might return, I would try to reserve this

The location is ideal. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily. We were pleased with the cleanliness and how well stocked the kitchen was. The porch was nice for afternoon sitting. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

The home was so beautiful and cozy. All appliance and amenities were top notch and new. Beds were comfortable. Several nice small touches. Truly felt like we were being welcomed as guests in the home. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
