Fairway Desert Vista Family Hike & Bike

This unique and cozy space is one you'll be telling your friends about. Downstairs you will walk into an open concept living/dining/full kitchen with everything you need during your stay. The home has a heated garage and lots of outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or wine. One bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed. You will also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full washer and dryer can also be found on the main floor next to the rear exit to the patio. On the second floor, you will find an upstairs balcony overlooking the living area that has whimsical decoration and a nomad working space with highspeed internet. Here on the second level is the primary bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom with full bath. Also, upstairs is the third bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds, and its own private balcony complete with its amazing moonrises.

Check-in details will be provided via email and text message. Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with the necessary information. Additionally, two hours before your check-in, a text message will be sent, containing the property address and the smart lock door code.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown and an easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. Communication with the property management team was excellent; they were responsive via text and the app and even shared great local recommendations beyond the standard tourism links. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful and the location was great (just a mile from bike/walking trails). It was a winter when we visited so we did not get to enjoy the cute courtyard. Having the garage was awesome as we knew our bikes were safe and out of the weather!The manager was super responsive and informative.

Very pleasant accommodations that has a cute charm. Really liked location and great value with three bedrooms and baths. Property manager Wanda was very accommodating to our needs which made everything seem less. We would look no farther for accommodations on our next stay in Grand Junction.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well appointed and had room for all three couples. The swamp cooler worked well on the hot days. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved walking to the golf course clubhouse for evening cocktails. Great stay overall!

Lovely and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very usable, and the decor style made it feel adventurous for the kids. We were central to Fruita and Grand Junction, which cut down on some driving.
