Downtown Grand Haven | Channel Views + Loft

This historic downtown Grand Haven condo called Captain's Watch, features an open living room, spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with attached baths, a 4th-floor loft room with two twin beds, and 2nd story balcony.

The third floor features a bedroom with a full bath attached. This bedroom has a Queen bed and a pull-out sofa sleeper with a twin bed. The second bedroom has a King bed with an adjoining full bathroom.

Discover the best views in the house when you take another set of stairs up to the loft which has two twin beds and a sitting area. Views of the Grand Haven Channel and evening Musical Fountain are sure to please.

SLEEPING
The condo sleeps 7. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils-everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home. The dining table seats four with an additional four bar stools at the kitchen island. There is a standard drip coffee pot. A large walk-in pantry is located under the stairs off the kitchen.

THE LOCATION
Beautiful Grand Haven is known for its sandy beaches and big red Lighthouse and Pier. Enjoy a walk down the boardwalk or a trolley ride tour through historic downtown. Grab some ice cream or a treat at any of the eateries in town. If fishing is your thing, bring a pole and fish off the pier or book a Charter Fishing Boat for some big lake fishing. Plan to spend a couple of days at the Grand Haven State Park beach soaking in the sun and splashing in Lake Michigan. With parks, splash pads, and mini-golf just a few steps from your door there is plenty for everyone of all ages to do!

You are provided with one parking spot in the garage. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the condo.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
