Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire second floor apartment which features a private entrance for your convenience. You may enter the building from either the front or the rear. For those arriving by car, one dedicated parking space is provided at the rear of the building, located directly in front of the garage. To access your home away from home, simply walk up the wooden stairs where you will find the smart lock entry system. Once inside, relax and enjoy all the amenities of the apartment, including the fully equipped upscale kitchen, the comfortable living room, and the private rooftop patio.

◆ Primary guest booking property MUST be 25+ years of age and must complete the Guest Rental Agreement via the PMI Grand Partners Guest Portal within 48 hours of booking.

◆ We welcome a maximum of one small dog, up to 25 lbs! Pet relief areas (grass) are about 100 feet away from the apartment. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Keep pets off furniture/beds, leash outdoors, and never leave them unattended. Clean up promptly. Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
