"Méguinelle" is the name of this magnificent 350 m² family villa, in the "Belle Epoque" architectural style. This place allows you to bring family and friends together in a nice haven of peace to spend a friendly, carefree and relaxing holiday. Perfectly restored, it combines comfort and charm. Its hundred-year-old park of 7,000 m², with various species, offers calm and sunshine in a bucolic atmosphere.

An independent outdoor wooded area, facing south, allows you to enjoy a mirror swimming pool heated to 29 °C (10 x 4 m / depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m), protected by a motorized sun curtain and located 10 m from the house. Equipment: buoys, small games for children, sunbeds, XXL bath towels for the pool (at an additional cost, on request). Lounges with armchairs and coffee tables are set up around the pool, as well as a terrace for meals. You can also enjoy a private petanque court located at the bottom of the garden.

In a Mediterranean atmosphere, a sheltered and equipped summer kitchen (sink, dishwasher, barbecue, crockery) allows you to enjoy a convivial space to prepare and share meals in the open air. The swimming pool is perfectly visible from the house and the summer kitchen (10 m), allowing children to be supervised. Outdoor toilets.

On the first floor, a beautiful fitted kitchen, a living room with large reception tables and two relaxation lounges (one of which has a TV) allow the space to be adapted according to the number of people. A toilet with washbasin is also available. The whole is embellished with solid oak parquet flooring and terracotta tiles in the kitchen.
