"Cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no tenian mi reservacion en su sistema, me querian tentar otra habitacion pero por el doble de precio, tuve que buscar hospedaje en otra parte"

"Very secure, never seen a motel with a gate and armed police, room was fine-an odd stain on the door by the handle-food can be ordered securely through a service without having to deal with the gate-prefer all white bedspreads-Im a sucker for a motel room that smells like cigarettes-Modern updates with some wear and tear but for the price I'm not a complainer...Couldn't tell if there was lots nearby-gate prohibitive....Area def has signs of life but car needed...."

"Beds were pretty new, so no low spots. Newly updated. Clean. Nothing fancy, but great for a good nights sleep. Guarded gate. Decent neighborhood. Is located by a major busy road, but didn’t notice the noise (we were on the opposite side)"

"It was AWFUL. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bugs, hair, blood, and other fluid stains were on the bedsheets and mattress. Mattresses were torn up. No pillow covers, no covers on the mattresses, cigarette burns and smell even with it being a non smoking room, and a mystery pair of pants were hidden between the mattress and box spring. Everything was dirty. Especially the bathroom. No towels. Shredded mattresses with visible stuffing and metal. Check my google review, the photos are insane. Front desk only...

"Multiple issues, bed was made with dirty and used sheets despite being told the best cleaner had cleaned my room. The room was cleaned and ready almost 2hrs late, check in time 4pm our room wasn't ready until about 5:40pm, there was a ton of guests all coming in while I checked in complaing about no pots and pans, no pillows, (apparently they had been stolen) room was too disgusting to stay in, food left on tables, floors too sticky from cleaners not diluting cleaning solutions enough... "This is not a place for a family to stay. We had to give our ID and see the room before they would allow us to check in. Thank goodness they did because the room is not a suite-they are bare bones and smell like cigarette smoke is embedded in the walls. We quickly returned to the lobby and retrieved our IDs. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is not it. I don’t recommend women stay here alone."

"The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff is nice and very accommodating. But…. Please be aware that the location is across the street from businesses and a sports bar. The hotel parking was VERY limited and many times people going to the bar would take up the spots. We were told there were designated spots in the ramp garage across the street. That was very disappointing and irritating since it required going up and down stairs...
