Unique Home with Spectacular Views

This vacation home was designed to take advantage of the beautiful Northern Arizona landscape.  French doors and windows frame the breathtaking Arizona scenery.  The house provides a perfect, peaceful get-away or a home base to see the best of what Northern Arizona has to offer.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD player with private bath. The other 2 bedrooms are also furnished with one queen bed with one double bed. Across the drive is a detached guest quarters with a queen bed and sofa (not a pull out sleep sofa), full bathroom, TV and DVD, and a separate deck. (Note: there is an extra $50.00 cleaning charge for guest quarters. Please specify if needing this extra bedroom and bathroom in your inquiry). The main house sleeps 6, with three bedrooms, and the guest quarters sleeps an additional 2.
The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining large groups. The kitchen is spacious with modern appliances, fully stocked with cook wear and kitchen items such as coffee maker with basket filter, toaster, general spices/cooking oil, crockpot, and is open to the main dining area. Dining table seats 8-9 with 3 seats at adjoining bar area. The large family room is adjacent, complete with a 42-inch flat screen television, Blu-Ray player, and DirectTV satellite. 
Outside, a large wrap-around deck offers unobstructed views of the horizon, the north face of the Grand Canyon, and the always spectacular sunsets. Take advantage of 2 seating areas, or soak in the hot tub jacuzzi to gaze up at the endless star-filled skies.
Amenities include central heating/air, ceiling fans in all rooms, in-home sound system, wireless internet, centrally located washer and dryer, and a 6 person outdoor jacuzzi. The deck has a stainless steel gas grill, a Bubba keg briquette barbecue and an enclosed fireplace. The jacuzzi spa located on the deck outside the master bedroom.
Our home is centrally located approximately 11 miles from downtown Williams, Arizona, a historic stop on Route 66. Williams is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Flagstaff, less than an hour away from the Grand Canyon and an easy hour drive day trip to Sedona or other Northern Arizona landmarks.  Weather is generally moderate during the summer months, with monsoons in the later summer months, and very cold with snow in the winter. (Note, in winter months with heavy snow four wheel drive is required as we are located on a rural dirt road, but snowfall varies from year to year). Check in time is 3:00 pm, but earlier check in may be arranged with the owner. Check out time is 11:00am. Please provide your phone number during your inquiry.
