Contemporary villa, ideally located just 5 to 8 minutes drive from the idyllic beaches of the north of Mauritius (Pereybere, Grand Baie, Bain Boeuf and Cap Malheureux).

In the immediate vicinity of the lively centre of Grand Baie, you can explore La Croisette, its charming shops, the best restaurants, the famous bazaar, the large Super U shopping mall as well as the unmissable nightlife venues. There are also padel courts and a gym area 3 minutes from the villa.

The villa is a private, comfortable and fully secure haven of peace, ideal for a peaceful stay.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby. You will find everything you need for your little one: travel cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bath, as well as a suitable plate, cup and cutlery.

The entrance is through an electric gate, revealing a slate swimming pool perfect for swimming moments with family or friends. Sun loungers and a parasol are at your disposal for your moments of relaxation. You can also enjoy a barbecue for your barbecue, with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside.

Inside, a bright and spacious living area opens entirely to the outside thanks to large windows offering a direct view of the pool. The living room is furnished with two sofas and a Smart TV connected (access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.), complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. These can be enjoyed around the dining room table.

Master suite: Equipped with a King Size bed, a dressing room with safe and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. It offers views of the garden and pool, as well as a small terrace ideal for enjoying your breakfast.
