  • Located on the footsteps of stunning Pereybere beach, known as the best swimming beach in Mauritius, this stylish apartment with modern appliances will provide you & your family the perfect place for your next holidays in beautiful Mauritius.

    The apartment faces Pereybere beach, with views you can enjoy from your balcony on the third floor. All you have to do to enjoy the beach is walk downstairs and cross the road.

    There are two good sized bedrooms that can sleep 4. The entire apartment is air conditioned for your convenience.

    The apartment has all the amenities and facilities that the modern traveler need, which include a spacious living area with LCD television and DVD player, an open plan kitchen diner which opens directly onto the balcony and laundry facilities. Cooking utensils are provided, should you wish to prepare your meals and if you are not in a mood to cook, a number of restaurants awaits you downstairs. Note: The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessible only by stairs.

    Your holiday needs such as swimwear or even Mauritian souvenirs can be purchased at the tourist shop downstairs. A bus stop and a taxi stand is also at your door step. Restaurants, supermarket and facilities are within a short stroll - after all you are in the heart of Pereybere!

    We offer one complimentary maid service per week to change linen and towels (depending on length of stay). If you require a more regular cleaning service, it can be arranged at an extra cost.

    Reliable taxi/mini-bus airport transfers can be arranged. At arrival a local representative will welcome you and ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

    Our check-in/check-out times are 1400 hrs and 1000 hrs, however we are flexible if we do not have other guests coming or leaving on these days (please request beforehand).

Extra sleeping guests are not allowed. Visitors are allowed but no partying till late as a courtesy to guests in the other apartments of the building.
We provide cleaning of the apartment once per week. Your personal laundry or your soiled dishes are not included.
When coming from the beach please use the tap/shower at the beach to wash excess sand off your feet. This will help us keep the apartment clean.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux Très bien équipé. Très bien situé , petite plage en face . Nombreux restaurants ( je recommande le D Erin’s) et supérette à quelques mètres… bus et taxis juste en bas de l immeuble. Nous avons choisi l option location de voiture chez Aratour ( je recommande de part leur gentillesse) à 100m .Hôte très réactif via le site et Sonu contact sur place toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

View to Pereybere public beach

We enjoyed our stay in Pereybere apartment. It was well equipped, spacious and has a nice little balcony overlooking the public beach. Property manager was very friendly.Access is via several flights of steps.

Great stay in Dya’s home. Spacious, clean and with all facilities. Just super helpful with helping with airport pick up at great price. Location of the flat perfect with great restaurant and the nicest beach just in the front of the flat! Loved it all and hope to be able to come back soon! Thanks again for everything

Great location! Pereybere public beach is seen as the best one in Mauritius ! food option is great! and there is a grocery store within 150m. The apartment is well equiped with laundry machine/microwave/stove/fridge etc very convenient. would definitely recommend!

Grand appartement, tout le confort, juste la rue à traverser pour arriver à la superbe plage de pereybere. Un supermarché à 2 min à pied, des restaurants juste en bas de l’appartement. Nous avons passés 12jours magnifiques ! Il y a quelques petites choses à revoir, les fourmis sur les plans de travail, et l’éclairage de la salle de bain qui est trop sombre. Sinon rien à redire je recommande cette appartement . Qui a été ne très belle vue du 3eme étage.

Sehr schön. Schlüsselsafe war perfekt für diese Übergabe Mr. Sonu hat uns frendlich am nächsten Tag in alles eingewiesen. Das Apartment hat alles, was benötigt wird und reichlich Platz. Mein Wunsch auf weitere Handtücher wurde erfüllt. Der Balkon reicht aus. Wäscheständer ist incl. einiger klammern vorhanden. Der Meerblick ist 5oll. Leider aber die Straße davor recht befahren. Hört man aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht.

Beachfront comfort

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 weeks in this apartment. For a few days my elderly parents also stayed with us. It was our home away from home with all the comforts and amenities we needed. Opposite one of the most sought after beaches on the island. Walk to many restaurants, supermarket, beach club, rooftop bar. Taxi and bus stop right at your doorstop, as well as vehicle hire if needed. Air con in all areas including bedrooms so you can escape the heat and sleep comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry items such as washing machine, ironing amenities etc.... Shower had good water pressure both hot and cold. Smart TV and wifi. Best of all, this apartment has a shaded balcony where we spent many mornings enjoying breakfast and seeing the ocean through the trees - what a great way to start a morning or enjoying a beautiful sunset. Booking and check in process was seamless and communication with the host, property manager and cleaner was fantastic. I highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a clean, airy, spacious 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet location. .

Nice apartment BUT no bedding on beds except for a sheet! All the washed bedding was left on the balcony to dry. Towels clean BUT full of stains. Washing machine didn’t work but Sonu sorted it out quickly but was still problematic. Apartment not cleaned while we were there for 5 days (but can’t remember If this was included). It was however a pleasant stay. Thank you

Vacances idylliques

Notre séjour était parfait. Le ménage était fait correctement, les ustensiles mis à disposition est complet (enfin presque il manque un couteau à pain). La situation de l'appartement est génial. L'hôte est serviable et très attentionné. Attention il faudrait mettre de nouveaux drap de lit car même avec le lavage à la machine ils ont encore de vieilles tâches et les linges de la cuisine aussi car ils n'essaient pus rien du tout. Merci de prendre en compte ma critique et merci pour l'hospitalité Mathias
