Luxury Mountain Retreat - Hot Tub + Views!

Valley View, our new luxury mountain retreat located at Granby Ranch, features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms + loft and a walkout basement family room. Enjoy the epic mountain views from over 1000 sq. feet of covered patio featuring a gas grill, multiple dining areas, lounge area or from the new hot tub.

Our home will comfortably accommodate groups up to 12 for relaxation, skiing, hiking, biking, boating, golfing, fishing or remote work. Valley View is a true four-season getaway! Additionally, Valley View guests have access to Granby Ranch amenities including the fitness center and pool for a daily fee.

Valley View is a new home in a developing neighborhood with homes continuing to be built on the mountainside.

The space

Valley View sleeps 12 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and a loft.

Bedroom #1 on the main floor is a king suite with an ensuite bright and airy bathroom with a glass shower, double sinks and soaking tub. The bedroom has a walkout sliding door to access the huge covered patio and a walk-in closet with safe.

Bedroom #2 is a king suite that can be found on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom. This room is bright and airy and very private.

Bedroom #3 is a comfortable queen room located on the lower walkout level.

Bedroom #4 is a bunk room with two sets of bunks located on the lower walkout level. You can also find kid related items in this room including a pack-n-play, high chair and infant tub. Kid's toys/games and plastic plates, cups and utensils are also available.

All bedrooms have blackout shades, Dohm sound machines and fans for comfortable sleeping.

The second floor loft includes a dedicated work station with a sit/stand desk. This room also serves as a game room with an abundance of games and puzzles to choose from. Lastly, the loft features a beautiful twin sized daybed with a twin sized trundle bed.

The lower level, walkout family room has a large television, and deep, comfortable sectional to watch the big game or movie night. This room also has a wet bar with fridge and a hightop table to gather at. You can access the hot tub and lower level covered patio from here.

Outdoor spaces abound at Valley View, including 1000 square feet of covered patios. You will find comfortable modern Adirondack chairs on the front porch where you can enjoy the morning sun and views of the continental divide. The back of the house features a huge covered porch with a gas grill, cooler, multiple dining tables, lounge seating and incredible views of Ski Granby Ranch and the valley.

Valley View also has an oversized two car garage with a long driveway that can park 4 additional cars. The garage has plentiful bike and ski storage. There is also a 240v/50amp EV charger for you to charge your EV on us!

Note that Valley View, like most Colorado homes at 8,500 feet above sea level, does not have air conditioning. Humidity is low here and it routinely drops into the 40s at night, so opening windows is enough to cool the home. STR License: 007760
