Welcome to The Tracks at Granby Ranch. We are excited for you to enjoy our newly decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Located in the highly sought after neighborhood of Tall Timbers, this ski in/ski out house sleeps 8 with access to the community year-round heated pool and hot tub at Basecamp. Whether you are searching for a place to ski, snowshoe, bike, hike, fish, swim, golf or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains you have found the perfect destination!

The property

The Tracks at Granby Ranch is a prime location and a desired ski in/ski out destination. It is located 90 miles from Denver airport, 20 miles North of Winter Park and 20 miles South of Grand Lake and the Western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. You will enjoy the newly modern/rustic decor as soon as you enter the house. Everyone is sure to love Yogi and Boo-Boo Bear, our 7ft bear statue.

The main level of the house features an open floor plan with 2 queen bedrooms with flat screen TVs in each and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped laundry room, a well stocked kitchen, dining area, and vaulted ceiling living room.

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped open kitchen which features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for 3. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that seats 6.

After a full day of skiing, head into the living room and warm up in front of the beautiful stone gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite show on a new 50” smart flat screen TV.

Head upstairs to the cozy loft area, watch some TV on the 46” TV or pull the sleeper sofa out and sleep on the queen sleeper.

Head down to the basement, pop some popcorn in the microwave, relax and enjoy a movie on the 46” flat screen TV. Or if you are wanting to play a game of foosball with a friend or enjoy a board game on the pub table we have you covered. The basement includes a beautiful gas fireplace and the sleeping arrangement includes a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and the game room area includes a pull out full size sleeper sofa. You will also find a full bathroom downstairs.

The entire family is sure to be entertained with endless activities both inside and out. Head out back to sit on the porch and enjoy the wooded area behind the house, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy a glass of wine, have fun making s'mores with the family, and enjoy fireside chats around the fire pit.

After a full day of activities whether it be skiing or fishing you can lock up your gear in the climate controlled ski room. This room is very convenient with outdoor entry right next to the front door and has a place to store your skis and coats.

Outdoor area and amenities
SKI:
skiing and snowboarding at Ski Granby Ranch is designed for skiers and riders of all ages and abilities which makes it the perfect place to bring your family. Night skiing in Granby Ranch is available and beautiful! The Tracks at Granby Ranch is located 20 miles from Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts which provides a wide variety of ski resorts in the area.
TUBING:
Fraser Tubing Hill is a great family attraction just 15 minutes away
BIKE:
Ski Granby Ranch turns into bike trails in the warmer months. Mountain bikers can be found flying down the mountains all over. Bike Granby Ranch's retail shop provides rental that includes bikes in all sizes as well as equipment.
Golf:
Granby Ranch Golf Course clubhouse is 2 miles from The Tracks. The 18 hole mountain course is breathtakingly beautiful and available for all levels of golfers. Grand Elk Golf Club is 4 miles from The Tracks where you can also enjoy playing the 18 hole mountain course.
Attractions:
Lake Granby is 12 miles away where you can enjoy all of the summer water activities, boating, fishing and waterskiing. Grand Lake, the largest natural lake in Colorado is just 20 miles from The Tracks. The views at Grand Lake are beautiful, the town is cute, the food is delicious, the shops are fun and the wildlife is abundant. In close proximity to Grand Lake is the Western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park where you can't imagine the beauty that awaits to be seen. When visiting Rocky Mountain National Park the drive over Trail Ridge Road is absolutely gorgeous and you never know what kind of wildlife you will see.
HIKING:
Hiking trails are abundant around The Tracks at Granby Ranch. Some of our favorite short hikes are right out our back door. The trail around Monarch Lake near Lake Granby is easy and beautiful. Don't forget to look up all of the hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park. There are trails for everyone and some for only the best of hikers but no matter what trail you take the beauty that surrounds you is sure to take your breath away.
FISHING:
You can purchase your fishing license at Golf Granby Ranch clubhouse.
POOL & HOT TUB:
Enjoy access to the year round heated pool and hot tub at Basecamp. Available for renters for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge, access is always subject to availability. The pass is paid at the Ranch Hall and good for the day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass, A VRBO reservation confirmation with address of the home will work as proof for the pass
