Ski in ski out adventure

We arrived very early in order to avoid a snowstorm, and our host was nice enough to let us check in early, which saved the day. The condo was great and steps away from the ski slope.

Great Location

The location is as good as it gets for skiing! This was our second stay in the unit. It was clean and as pictured. The kitchenware and small appliances (i.e. coffee pot, cooking utensils, etc.) could use some updating, most are cheap and/or old. Also not having access to a ski locker, as other units provide, is a hassle when skiing. However, these things may be somewhat reflected in the price.

Fantastic location but terrible beds

We really enjoyed this property for its location. You simply can’t beat it. The downsides were the beds. The mattress in the master suite was terrible. Both my wife and myself slept very poorly the entire stay because of it. They have swapped out the wooden framed bed in the kids rooms to two metal bunk beds which added an extra bed but with them being metal, they are flimsy and squeak terrible. This would wake up the other kids throughout the night. I believe the owner family has small children soil it may not be a big deal for them yet but our kids are 11, 15, and 18. I would also encourage the property manager to change the wording to be more transparent on the “hot tub access”. Yes, that is true, but most people don’t know that it costs 10 dollars per person per day to use the pool and hot tub. That’s a big deal and could be the decision maker for someone to use or not to use your property.

Great location if your a skier or hiker

Great location as we were there for a mountaintop wedding. Lots to do in the area! Close to great golf courses hiking and Rocky Mountain National Forrest. Beautiful traveling from Denver to Grandby.

Great location

Perfect location. Clean and spacious. Outdoor fire pit is nice too. Nice balcony, minus all-day construction of new homes across the street. I would really recommend the host provided swamp coolers or AC, it got super hot and wouldn’t cool off at night even with windows open. You do have to pay for the pool, so just heads up on that.

It was adequate for us.

In general it was fine. The property looks like the photos , check in process and communication was great. Condo itself could use better cleaning. Shaved hair all over the bathtub edge, no extra toilet paper, laundry left in the washing machine I had to rewatch and fold so I could do a load. Otherwise the location is great…would stay in this complex again.

The unit was in an excellent location, with easy access to the slopes and convenient parking. Perfect size for a family with a primary bedroom and bunk room. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for our family ski trip!

My family of four, including a 7 and 5 year old stayed here for our very first family ski vacation. This place was perfect! It is literally next door to the ski lodge, where you get lift tickets, rentals, have lunch/dinner, etc. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. This is as close as it gets. It was also really great to have a garage to park in, so that we didn't have to worry about scraping ice, etc. We would 100% stay here again the next time we visit Granby Ranch. Definitely recommend!

Great condo for a ski trip

My family stayed in this property over the New Year. Everything was fantastic. We have always enjoyed Granby for the family atmosphere and smaller crowds. This condo right at the base of the mountain made everything that much better. It is a comfortable place with everything you need. Eric is also great with his communication and was quickly able to answer our questions. Highly recommended.
