Two hours from Denver airport. Ski onsite, golf course, outdoor Swimming Pool is heated & open in winter , 4 indoor-outdoor hot tubs/spa & fitness room in the lodge across street. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo with vaulted high ceilings & private balcony off living room with table and chairs for outdoor dining & mountain views. Second small balcony off master bedroom. Rocky Mountains “Granby Ranch” resort. Ski resort is on-site, & very family oriented. Fly fishing. 18 hole award winning golf course. Only 20 minutes from Winter Park skiing and 20 min to Rocky Mountain National Park/Estes Park. Only 5 min from YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch (snow tubing, ice skating, cross country ski trails, ski rentals, skate rentals, fishing , hiking trails, shorter zip line for kids and adults. 10 min to Sombrero Stables with horse drawn winter sleigh rides and summer horseback riding. Maximum 8 people in our unit please. 2 hours from Denver airport.

Ski Granby Ranch is one of the only resorts offering NIGHT SKIING many weekends.

Across the street is a ski lodge with heated outdoor pool and four hot tubs, exercise workout room, video arcade with video games for kids, pool tables, gift shop. Swimming Pool is open and heated all winter. $5 kids, $10 adults for an ALL-DAY pass to use the pool, four hot tub indoor/outdoor spas, exercise room in lodge.

Across highway (walking distance) is a full size City Market Kroger grocery store, pharmacy, McDonalds, Starbucks, Subway, liquor store, gas station.

One mile from the resort entrance is a medical center with urgent care.

Skiing on site- very family friendly. All ski hills end at the same central chairlift area at base camp so no one gets lost. Bunny hill. And an almost flat “hill” with stand-on conveyor belt to top for small kids or adult beginners . Perfect for beginner skiers!

18 hole award winning golf course on site. Offers golf lessons for kids and adults.

Approx 2 hour drive from Denver airport. We do NOT recommend Fox car rental.

20 min or less from major area attractions - Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park ski area, beautiful Grand Lake a small town with over 60 quaint shops, restaurants and a live theater.

Only 5 minutes from YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch with tons of family friendly and affordable activities- miles of hiking trails, fishing, short zip line, ice skating, snow tubing, cross country ski rentals, archery & horses. Ski and skate rentals on site.

5 minutes from Sombrero Stables - Winter horsedrawn sleigh rides with hot cocoa and summer cowboy horseback rides with bonfire dinners.

—Ski Granby Ranch has family friendly skiing all levels from black diamond to low slopes and also has ski and mountain bike equipment rental shop on site.
—2 mile drive up the mountain to skiing Base Camp. Park on site (easy).

—NIGHT SKIING many weekends but not all weekends. The only resort in the area offering night skiing.
—All chairlifts end at the same base camp lodge area so no one gets lost.
—Base Camp has large building with Restaurants, bar, ski cafeteria, live music, bonfires, patio and large deck with fabulous mountain views. Base Camp is a 2 mile drive up the road from our condo. Plenty of free parking right there at base camp. Easy to drop everyone and their gear off at the door.

—20 min from Grand Lake a charming town with a large lake beach, ice cream shops, boat rentals and old fashioned boardwalk with 60 shops, restaurants, gift shops and a live musical theater.
—20 minutes from Hot Sulphur Springs
—5 minutes from YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch with family friendly affordable activities: ice skating, downhill snow tubing, cross country skiing and rentals, hiking, fishing, a short zip line and more!

Chairlifts to the top of the mountain in summer provide a beautiful view for photos year-round and is a popular site for weddings with the stunning mountain views in the background.

In summer tee off at the 18-hole award winning golf course (golf lessons for kids or adults) or fly fish the three private miles of the Fraser River nearby (catch & release).

Cable TV and WiFi are provided in the unit. Or skip the TV and have family time with the many board games and puzzles before the gas fireplace! Relax on the deck and enjoy the mountain view with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night!

Our kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped for any meal and has all appliances, dishes and every convenience: blender, crockpot, rice cooker, griddle, coffee pot, electric tea pot and more.

Ski Granby Ranch is the ONLY ski area offering NIGHT SKIING in the area MANY WEEKENDS.

IMPORTANT-
WIFI AND TV SERVICE ISSUES — Comcast TV and WiFi are unreliable in the mountains - we have no control over it. Sometimes we have intermittent service issues. Sometimes you’ll lose cell phone service for a length of time. Usually it resolves itself after a few hours or maybe half a day. We do NOT offer a refund or discount if there are issues with tv cable or Wifi 😀.
It is common to lose cell phone service for a few hours in the mountains.
NO ELEVATORS in the entire complex of buildings. You are taking steps to third floor.
NO AIR CONDITIONING - No units in our condo complex have air conditioning and most condos and homes in the mountains do NOT have or need air conditioning because of the dry mountain breeze and low humidity. It is very cool at night and cool in the morning. We have a couple fans in the unit.
POOL- there is an ALL-day pass fee of $5 kids or $10 adults to use the pool, hot tubs and exercise room across the street. The fee is for an ENTIRE day and for everything.
