Family friendly w/ spectacular views & easy access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating & so much more! Come enjoy it all in this cozy, townhouse style condo in Granby, CO. The unit is perfectly located just three minutes from Granby Ranch, 20 minutes from Winter Park, and a short drive to Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park and lots of other great mountain destinations. After a busy day of adventure relax and enjoy the sunset in front of the wood burning fireplace or from your private deck all while enjoying majestic views of the Grand Valley.

The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway or month-long vacation (we don't make you you bring your own toilet paper ;-)). Sleds, toys, and games are all on hand to keep the kids entertained. There is plenty of secure storage for your skis or bikes, and ample parking for trailers if you are bringing up your mechanical toys.

Four-legged family members are more than welcome in this rare pet-friendly unit. There is immediate access to the outdoors from the lower bedrooms, and the Fraser-Granby hiking trail can be accessed from the parking lot.

Fantastic Stay

This place is wonderful. It was well stocked - even had condiments, some cooking oils, seasonings, and dog treats. It was clean, and decorated in a lovely manner. It is obvious the owners take great pride in ownership, and are sharing a place they love. It was so lovely, that we're thinking of taking our family back this summer. Highly recommended.

Tubing vacation

Took a quick trip to take the kids tubing and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. Super cute and cozy, decorated nicely with plenty of space for my family to relax and have a great time. The condo was easy to find, and was just as described. The hosts were very communicative with check in and out procedures. Kids enjoyed their room with all the bunk beds, toys, and games to play with, as the adults room was very comfy. The bathroom downstairs was amazing, especially the steam shower! It had all the amenities we needed and more. Highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable getaway

We stayed for a weekend to mountain bike. The house was the most well provisioned of any place we have stayed. It was very comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch with my book looking at those views.

Accused us of prior damage

This property owner accused us of prior damage to their property. They accused our pet of peeing all over their home. Which is false. Our dog was with us the entire time and we watched her. The pictures the owner posted, showed a pattern of peeing on the side of things, which make it very clear that it came from a male dog. Our dog is a female and does not raise her leg to pee. We work very hard to ensure that we treat each home with respect and leave it in better shape than it was when we arrived. This owner is obviously passing off prior damage to their place on us. Don't stay here unless you want to have prior damage passed off on you.

Granby Ranch Condo

Great location to Granby Ranch for skiing. Easy access to condo. Amber was super helpful and informative in the communications. The condo was well equipped for all our needs for a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the steam shower, kids outside toys, and ski locker to store our things. We had a great time, thank you.

Nice Ski Weekend

What a great location! We wanted to ski at Granby Ranch since it would be my daughter’s first time skiing. This rental was perfectly situated right down the road from the slopes. The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need- from the dog treats to the condiments and toiletries! My daughter loved the sleds and bunk beds! So many nice touches throughout the unit. We would absolutely stay again. :)
