From stunning views of the mountains to access to outdoor activites such as skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fly fishing, and riding horses, the Granby Dairy Suites are uniquely located and newly built to meet the needs of work and play for you and yours. The town of Granby, Colorado was established in 1905. We welcome you to consider making the Granby Dairy Suites your home, one block from Granby’s Agate Avenue (Hwy 40).

The Granby Dairy Suites are spacious one bedroom, one bath new construction homes for lease, short-term or long-term, named after the locally-owned dairy that sat on this site in the charming Colorado town of Granby. Each suite is furnished. We are uniquely situated less than a two hour drive from Denver, and within walking distance of local coffee shops, restaurants, the library, US Post Office, and Town Hall. Granby sits at an elevation of 7,935 feet above sea level with small town charm and a population of 2,074. It’s a quiet retreat from the city as an ideal place to work and enjoy. Perfect In-Town Location

The property was exactly what we expected and the location was great, especially for the 4th of July Weekend. The city of Granby comes to life and everything is within walking distance from the condo. It does not have air conditioning, but even with 80* temperatures during the day it was very comfortable at night with the ceiling fans. The condo is very well equipped and extremely clean. It does not have a microwave but it wasn’t that big of deal for us. It’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a place to stay in town.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable!

This rental was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals, rest, and relax as we explored the area. The location was outstanding for access to RMNP and Grand County activities. We highly recommend!

Our Granby Vacation - Aug 2020

This is a beautiful brand new property and the owners were very responsive. They live close by and it is very clear that they take great care in maintaining this property. Very well furnished and clean. We were a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and everyone enjoyed the stay very much. In this COVID season, we were looking for a relatively new property that was a little farther from all the crowd, but was within driving distance to all major attractions. Granby is a great place that met all our expectations.
