All guests complete a simple verification process after booking, including a rental agreement and a refundable security hold. The hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout if no damage occurs. **ICE:** Ice is not provided at any of the three homes. Guests should plan to bring or purchase bagged ice as needed. Refrigerator ice makers, where present, are not guaranteed to be operational.
