Lakefront with Private Pool, Deck, AND Hot Tub!

Come and stay on lake time! Only 5 minutes from downtown! This beautiful updated lakefront property sits on a lot and half and includes a private SWIMMING POOL, Deck and HOT TUB!! The original open concept home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The huge master boasts a king bed and personal bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes an electric adjustable queen bed with a second bathroom just off the entry. The attached sunroom has been converted in to a bedroom with a queen and full bed as well as 3 HUGE windows overlooking the pool and lake. It includes a small desk for business and a small bar top for relaxing. It is truly the coolest room on the property. A close second place however is the completely remodeled detached bunkhouse perfect for the kids (or in-laws). It includes a queen as well as twin over full bunk. There is a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and sitting area as well. The outside of the property is where most time in the spring, summer, and fall will be spent and it is magnificent. The patio includes a table and chair set or a bar and stools if you prefer. There is a large bbq grill available for grilling and a traditional smoker for the pitmaster of the group. The large pool includes a wall to sit on, a couple of small waterfall features and a great place to lounge and catch some sun. The hot tub overlooks the lake and pool and entire back of the property. If you prefer closer to the water, the dock over the boat lift includes an outdoor table and chairs and is truly the best view down the lake canal on the entire property. Also included near the water are a couple of Wilderness System kayaks (one single and one double) and a couple of stand up paddle boards. Bring your own and create your paddling party on the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their boat as well and tie up to the seawall of the property. Pets are welcome for a small fee. This property will certainly create one of your favorite lake memories of a lifetime. We hope you enjoy!!

Livin on Lake time!

One of our best VRBO experiences EVER! Nice property with many extras! Although the pool was cold, our grandkids thought it was perfect! Communication with the owner waa so waay. Absolutely ZERO complaints! We hope to come again!

Great spot in Granbury

Fun location with a great view of the lagoon from an elevated deck. House is very comfortable and had everything we needed. And GREAT internet connection! We also loved the bunk house; my youngest treated like his own house. We hope to get to stay here again.

Stayed the weekend for my son's wedding. Check in was easy and the host was great to communicate with. Would recommend. Wished we could have had longer to stay and enjoy all the home and town had to offer.

We had a great time. The home is well equipped and can accommodate a large group. The home was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The host lives nearby and respected our privacy but was available if needed. I highly recommend this VRBO and host. Thanks for the memories.

Men's Sabbatical getaway

This is a great spot with all kinds of amenities. The property was clean and instructions were clear about checking in/checking out. Jason was a considerate host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a successful weekend. The kayaks are great for a morning cruise on the lake. There were safety equipment as needed, and even a welcoming gift from Jason when we arrived! 10/10 would book again.

Good location at the end of a canal. We enjoyed the kayaks a lot and spent a lot of time in the pool. The bunkhouse really worked well for our group. This house is in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Perfect Lake place!

This place was just perfect. Perfect location, cleanliness, pool, lake access, hot tub, furniture/appointments, and comfortable neighborhood. The owner was very communicative, kind, and tentative. Grandparent loved it, as well as the teenagers! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and plan on coming back soon!

Texas Summer vacay

Our family had a blast and were blessed to have perfect weather for being in the pool and enjoy the canal for kayaking and fishing. Great location ! Definitely a fun time with many great memories. The owners were very responsive with communication and very helpful. So glad we booked this place !

Filthy and awful!

Save your money!!!! House is at the end of an inlet and all the garbage pools in front of the dock. No fishing at all. The hot tub was low on water and disgusting. The pool had a mustard colored mold growing thick and when the owner was told his response was " pool guy wont have time to clean the walls so if you want them clean youll have to do it" The gas grill was so filthy ihad to turn it off and deep clean it to prevent a fire. The charcoal smoker was full of ash with no place provided to clean it. Bunkhouse is right next to the smoker you cant clean with one exit and no fire extinguisher. There was hair on the walls of the shower. The kitchen surfaces were filthy. Worst rental I have ever been in and its not close!!!!! Save your money and keep looking!!!!

Beautiful home tucked away from the hustle

Our stay was very well organized and the home owner has a very nicely appointed home and is gracious and welcoming. We were presented with arrival instructions and the WiFi prior to check in. The house is laid out with separation between the master and the remaining bedrooms and we were all very comfortable. We spent majority of our time outside in the back yard. The kitchen, if you are planning to cook, has a nice variety of gadgets, cookware and utensils. We would gladly stay here again.

Great Stay

My husband and I along with our kids and grandkids had an amazing time at your property. I just wish the Texas summer had cooperated a little more. We weren’t able to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked. The kids enjoyed the pool and the many pool toys that were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several of our meals. The beds were comfortable as was the bedding. We did not use the bunkhouse but it would be very nice for a larger family. We enjoyed a trip to Dinosaur Valley State park and although we couldn’t stay long due to the heat the grandkids enjoyed seeing the tracks. We then ventured downtown and enjoyed some much needed ice cream from Merry Jaynes. If you are needing a nice home on the lake with an amazing pool don’t hesitate to book this property.

Our kids turned part-fish!

Our multiple family group of 6 adults and 5 kids, ranged age 3-8 had plenty of space for sleeping, games and eating and we loved our time at this house! The pool was definitely the highlight for our kids as they spent every possible minute in the water! Alarms on the doors helped ease our minds with the littles also. We will for sure keep this property on our list for future trips!
