Relax on the back porch in our comfortable patio furniture, launch any of our property kayaks directly from the private dock, or cast a line and catch catfish, perch, alligator gar, carp, bass—or even a few turtles! Sitting on a quiet neighborhood canal just off the main body of the lake, you’ll enjoy calm waters and peaceful surroundings.

No pets: We do not allow pets at this property.

No smoking: This is a non smoking property, including garage, indoor, and outdoor spaces. An additional $300 cleaning fee may be assessed if this rule is not adhered to.

Private Dock Use
Guests can enjoy use of the private dock for swimming, fishing, and tying up a boat during their stay.

Please note:
• Guests are welcome to tie boats to the side of the dock.
• The boat slip is occupied by the owner’s personal boat and is not available for guest use.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, patio, dock, and in the garage. The garage camera monitors the garage area only. All cameras record video and audio for security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private living spaces.

Parking:
Driveway parking available. The garage can accommodate two vehicles depending on size.
