"We loved the fact that the hotel was so close to Downtown. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the toilet clogged and the maintenance man asked my husband is we stuck something down the toilet and he also made a mess of the bathroom while doing it."

"Great hotel in Salt Lake City - the room overall was clean and had a small kitchen. The breakfast was solid with a made to order omelet station. The parking was convenient (underground). I highly recommend this hotel."

We did not want a change, we wanted what we had reserved! Your site said a 5 minute or less walk to the Salt Palace. It was more like 25 minutes. The pool area was very small. Rooms need an update.
