SPACIOUS AND MODERN WITH FREE PARKING IN THE CENTER 3:
Apartment in the city centre, new, fully equipped, has a decoration and equipment with special attention to details in design, comfort and technology so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about anything.



It has air conditioning, underfloor heating, water temperature selection, high speed WiFi, Smart TV, elevator, latex mattresses, exterior soundproofing, microwave, toaster, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, washing machine and all kitchenware.



Located in a quiet area and equipped in the vicinity of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bookstores and all kinds of shops. Bus stop at the door and tourist train 200 metres away, plus the AVE train station and Metro just 500 metres away.



The apartment has free parking space and is located in the vicinity of the monastery of San Jerónimo and next to the hospital and the church of San Juan de Dios and just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement qui est bien situé, à proximité du quartier de la cathédrale. L'équipe qui gère l'appartement est très professionnelle et à l'écoute.

Wow

The apartment was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. The service was excellent. Check-in was easy and the hosts are really friendly and professional ! The parking was in a very spacious, modern and well lit underground parking facility. It is just around the corner, a 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Charming apartment convenient to everything

This unit was great - beautiful tile floors and on the walls; gorgeous, plant-filled central patio at the entrance, and comfortably roomy. It's right in the heart of the Cathedral area - so you can step out the door right into the world of cafes, restaurants and more. The hosts were super helpful in answering questions before we arrived, and met us at the door to welcome us to the unit. I would definitely stay here again (and hope to).

Apartment was clean and spacious for 3 and centrally located for our visit to the Alhambra (short bus ride away), cathedral, restaurants and shops. A/C was a plus, but best part was Teresa, our host. Very helpful!

Wonderful stay in Sevilla

Beautiful location and very clean. Loved the park below and our view. We enjoyed making new friends on the rooftop terrace. Beautiful views of the city. Having a washer with a dryer was a great help. Next time we come we can continue to pack light. We loved this property and plan to return!!

La maravilla de Granada “Alhambra”

Todo en positivo .Limpieza excepcional . Situación .tanto de entrada al lugar en coche, como luego poder andar por Granada al estar cerca de la Catedral. En Vrbo indica que se puede entrar a la 13:00 en las normas de la propiedad y en el enunciado desde Las 17:00 a 21:00. Nosotros llegamos a la 1:30 y aún estaban con su limpieza.Metimos el coche en el parking y salimos a comer cerca de allí . Con la garantía de estar nuestras pertenencias en lugar seguro. La estancia a sido grata y con la pena de no poder estar más tiempo. Un viaje maravilloso que desearíamos poder repetir en un futuro temprano. Saludos,Nieves y familia.
