On the first floor: a fully equipped, built-in kitchen; a living area with a sofa; 2 shower rooms; and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 dorm-style bedroom on a sloped mezzanine (4 beds measuring 90x200 that can be converted into 2 beds measuring 180), 1 enclosed bedroom (1 90x200 spare bed and 1 180 bed that can be separated into 2 90x200 beds).
