"6층의 뷰와 체크인 직원의 대응이 아쉬웠습니다. 아래층의 옥상바닥이 보이고 트램소리로 시끄럽고 거리의 사람들이 보여 계속 암막 블라인드를 무조건 내리고 지내야했어요. 전체기간 중 며칠은 룸을 사전에 다운그레이드해서 예약 이용했는데 가장 낮은 층을 배정해주어 아쉬었습니다. 신혼여행중이라 배정해준 룸보다 조금 더 높은 층을 요청했는데 돈을 내고 방을 업그레이드 하라는 얘기를해서 조금 무례하게 들렸습니다. 저희가 일정 나가면서 체크인하는거라 늦게 체크인 한것도 아닌데 방이 없다는 식으로...? 이럴 바엔 다른곳으로 숙소를 예약할걸하는 ..."

"The hotel was great but the location was not quite as convenient as I had thought. Everything was good but I thought it might be a little more interesting. The area was close to the Quay, a park and some coffee shops. I would stay here again. The rooms were good and the staff helpful"
