Welcome to Scenic Cove Escape @ Possum Kingdom Lake!

This new luxurious lakefront resort-style condo offers spectacular views of the lake and its prestigious harbor. The newly built, family-friendly condo is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Walk out the back door of this first-floor unit to a private patio with direct access to the pool, hot tub, grills, outdoor dining area with TV, & fire pit. While relaxing outside, enjoy views of the sunrise and sunset while watching the boats drift by in the harbor. Patterson PK Marina & Shop is a stone’s throw away offering an opportunity to feed the fish as well as rent boats and jet skis. There’s also an excellent fishing spot right out the front door where bass, catfish, & crappie are abundant! The famous Hells Gate on PK Lake is a short 5-minute boat ride. Also within walking distance are Hemmingway’s Craft House & Pie House - two of the top restaurants with live music, amazing outdoor patios, and perfect lakeside views. For outdoor enthusiasts, there's a 1/2 mile hiking and biking trail with stunning views of the lake. You’re also likely to spot deer, geese, & other wildlife around the property.
The condo features brand new luxury amenities. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping 8. The master suite boasts beautiful views of the pool and harbor, a 4K smart TV, with an attached master bathroom including a double vanity and an oversized shower. Secondary/bunk room includes (2) queen beds, and (2) twin beds, a smart TV, and arcade machine! The adjacent guest bathroom has a large, 60” soaking tub with a shower. The living room features a 65” 4K smart TV and a pull-out queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including an extra beverage cooler and Margaritaville beverage machine! There is an onsite spa, laundry facility, and state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the lake. Property is secured with gated entry and parking lot.

We are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the gas station, grocery store, and other restaurants. We're also 10 miles from Rocker B Ranch.

Important information: Harborview Condos are under 24/7 security, monitored via CCTV. No boat or trailer parking is allowed within the gated parking lot. No loud music or parties allowed. No pets allowed. HOA rules and house rules will be provided. Violation of rules may result in removal from property.

PK was a great place to get away and retreat. We’ve stayed at a number of VRBO-type rentals and the owners/hosts of this place were the best we’ve experienced. Highly recommend PK and highly recommend this condo!!

With all the amenities you can think of needing and then some. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable living. We were on the first floor so right outside the patio, take a few steps into the pool. Hemingway’s and The Pie restaurants located next door within walking distance of the condo. It’s a wonderful place to stay for all ages.

Traveled in for our first ever trip to PK and this place did not disappoint. Check-In was smooth, good communication with hosts and the unit looks brand new and was as described and as shown in pictures. Best unit in the building as this unit is on the first floor and has direct access to the pool and hot tub. Firepit was great. Really nice restaurant with live music right next door.

We settled on PK for a quick spring getaway for our family of 4 (2adults and 2 kids under 9). The condo is lovely with great amenities and the hosts were very responsive. Ice little touches throughout. Great location. Only downside is condo upstairs is very loud. You. An heat every step day and night. Ceiling/floor has no soundproofing. Also would be nice to have adult hours for the hot tub.. it was overrun by kids day and night. Pool was too cold to get in.

We made a quick trip to PK to play golf at the Cliffs. This condo is walking distance to Hemmingway's and the best view of the pool and lake. Looks brand new! Look forward to visiting during the summer.
