The 3 room apartment is located on the 1st floor in the house dune in the district Graal. The house is adjacent to the famous rhododendron park. The apartment has a living room with a couch and a TV, a kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and fridge, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a French wall folding bed), a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and vanity and a guest WC with toilet and washbasin. The apartment also has a balcony with garden furniture and a parking space.

This apartment is located in the house dune on the 1st floor in the Park Street in the district of Graal, where they will also find the museum with gallery and 2 restaurants. The plot of the plant adjacent to the famous Rhododendron Park. Located directly on the senior residence Seeperle next to the complex. The Park Street opens into the Kurstraße with many shops (drugstore, bank, Volksbank, bookshop, hairdresser, optician, pharmacy, restaurants, fashion-business). The Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Darss-Zingst. The site extends for 5 km to the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area "Rostock heath". In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers various shops. Attractions are u. A. The 350m long pier, the 4.5 hectare rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdnerhäuser, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or Ribnitzer bog.

Super- mit nur kleinen "Fehlern"

1.)Lage des Hauses bezüglich Natur u. Unternehmungen : 5* Begründung: unmittelbare Park- und Strandnähe, mit vielen sehr gut befahrbaren, aber auch einigen sehr Rücken-'strapazierenden' Fahrradrouten. Der Rhododendronpark - direkt vor der Haustür - war zu unserer Urlaubszeit noch fast in voller Blüte ==> einfach traumhaft schön! 2.) Lage der Wohnung in Bezug auf Ruhe : 4* Begründung: die anliegende Einbahnstraße ist -historisch- mit Blaubasalt gepflastert, optisch sehr schön, aber sehr laut, zumal sich eben viele Autofahrer nicht an die 30 kmh halten. Für geräuschempfindliche Gäste etwas störend, besonders auf dem Balkon, bei geschlossenen Fenstern - erträglich, 3.) Die Ferienwohnung : 4,5* Begründung: sehr sauber, mit einer großen, modernen Küche, gut durchdacht, mit top Geräten und auch sonst wirklich mit a l l e m ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann und in dieser Qualität nur selten in einer Ferienwohnung findet. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings bezüglich der Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich, wobei ich hierzu anmerken muss, dass wir ein Ehepaar im recht fortgeschrittenen Alter und dadurch gesundheitsbedingt vielleicht etwas anspruchsvoller bezüglich Sitzqualität sind, als jüngere Gäste. Die kleine Zweisitzer-Couch hat uns ein wenig gerettet, denn beide Sessel waren für uns leider nicht nutzbar . Begründung: der eine ist ziemlich 'durchgesessen', der Zweite - ehemals elektr. verstellbar - defekt und dadurch mit extrem steiler Rückenlehne. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, wozu nicht nur das perfekte Sommerwetter, sondern auch der hübsche und gepflegte Bade-Ort und nicht zuletzt die sehr großzügig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung beigetragen haben. Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlenswert

Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geräumig, tolle Einrichtung. z.Teil Behindertengerecht durch Fahrstuhl , Griffhilfe am WC, ebenerdige Dusche... Empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter.
