Come on in and unwind at this beautiful Home away from Home. This newly renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + Game Room, Fire pit along with Hot Tub in the backyard and much more. This property provides an amazing, all year round visit to the Poconos Mountains. Our guests have plenty of Amenities to enjoy. Our Casita is located in the heart of the award winning *Gold Star Certified* Big Bass Lake gated community in the Pocono Mountains. LAKE*POOL*SKI* PARKS waiting for you to come create memories.

The space

This Saltbox style casita has 4 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated full bathrooms, living room with wood fireplace, dining area, entertainment room with 2 arcade games, board games, air hockey, and foosball table. A full kitchen with a large counter island along with all your cooking needs. There is a fire pit area, a brand-new hot tub, and sitting area all outside to enjoy the outside weather day or night. We provide the pillows, linens, and towels. There is also a Washer/Dryer you can use.

Please note based on the bed counts, the total amount of suggested people that can sleep comfortably is 9. The maximum allowed in the property is 12 based on the township.


There are 2 Smart TV's (Living Room and Game Room). You will need to login to your own apps.

Please note we do provide some snacks as you may have had a long trip. Please be aware & take any caution in case of any peanut allergies.

We now allow pets (maximum 2)!! Small to Medium size dogs only. Please ensure they are potty trained. This is a gated community so there are no fences around property.

There is $50 pet fee for the extra cleaning needed.

We encourage to please use the blankets to prevent hairs from getting on furniture. Pets are NOT allowed on the bed.

We really appreciate your understanding to our other guests who may be allergic.

Please note for your safety, we have 1 Ring security camera in the front entrance and 1 Ring Security camera in the back entrance only. There are no cameras inside or near the hot tub.

Please note, the community requires a rental application filled out which is a $50 fee. I will send you the information needed and will fill on your behalf as soon as you are booked. You will need to provide everyone's name at least 3 business days before check-in so you can be allowed access at the gate. The guests provided must be a final list. If the form is submitted late or last-minute bookings will be a $100 fee.

MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS PER HOUSE PER RESERVATION (Maximum Occupancy for overnight is 9 Irrespective of Rooms in Home).

Last minute check-ins will need to be filled out as soon as possible to put you in with the association. Due to last-minute bookings, the application fee is $100. Any changes to form, such as adding a guest, will be a $15 non-refundable fee.

Keyless entry lock. ALL GUESTS, adults, kids 3 years and above and day visitors must be registered PRIOR to arrival at security gate (1 Big Bass Dr).

Located in natural setting in an amenity full Gold Star Community - Big Bass Lake

Community Amenities (daily passes $10 weekends/ $8 weekdays per adult; kids under 7 years of age are free):

- Indoor Pool (open mid September- Mid May);
- Sled hill;
- Kids’ Playgrounds
- Lake Rink weather permitting
- Lake beach (available for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing) open Memorial weekend through Labour Day weekend
- Outdoor pool is open Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend
- Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts usually are open end of April through September / Mid October weather permitting

- Montage Mountain

Other things to note: The house is located in a Gold-Star Big Bass Lake community.

WINTER / FALL
Guests receive access to the Indoor Pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, Tree Top Lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center.

Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills. Sledding/tubing is at your own risk.

AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2025 SEASON: $10 daily pass per adult; $8 daily pass per child (7 years of age or older).

SUMMER
The community has two lakes available for swimming (Memorial weekend through Labor Day), fishing, and boating. There is also access to a pool with a splash pad, snack bar, two playgrounds, full basketball court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a volleyball area.

Big Bass Lake is walking distance or bike ride from the house (0.6 mi / 10+ min walk).

AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2025 SEASON: $10 daily pass weekends and holidays; $8 daily pass weekdays (7 years of age or older).
