PLEASE NOTE the 4th bedroom is a private room with a door, but only has a sofa and blow up mattress. It is the bedroom shown with arcade games and a TV. Some prefer to use as a private bedroom and others a shared game room.

- Four bedrooms comfortably sleep eight guests with a variety of bed types including a King bed in the master, a bedroom with a full and a twin bed, a Queen bed room, and a fourth room featuring a Queen air mattress plus a large sofa.

- Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, ensure convenience for all guests.

- Each bedroom is filled with natural light and equipped with bedside tables, lamps, closets, dressers, and luggage racks for your storage needs.

- Wall-mounted split-AC units in every bedroom and baseboard heating throughout keep the temperature comfortable year-round.

- Electric or non-motorized boats are permitted on Big Bass Lake.

- Security gate check-in and HOA renter permits are required before arrival, with associated fee policies noted. Amenity passes for community use must be purchased separately.



House Rules & Additional Information:

- Please respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to reasonable levels; outdoor noise monitors are in place.

- Well-behaved dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee.

- Minimum guest age is 25 years unless guests are families with children.

- Maximum occupancy is eight overnight guests and twelve day guests total.

- Rental agreement acceptance is required before stay.

Guest Access:

As guests, you will have full access to this beautiful home, including the full kitchen, dining, living room, charming bedrooms, bathrooms, washer dryer and exterior. Free parking is available on-site.



As guests, you have access with a guest pass purchase to all the wonderful amenities of the Big Bass Lake HOA Community. Passes are $8 per person weekdays and $10 per person weekends.



The Neighborhood:

Cute residential neighborhood a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.



Getting Around:

Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY INFORMATION:

- ALL Renters must check-in at the security gate prior to going to the house. The security gate address will be provided after booking.

- Every booking requires the submission of a renter permit to the HOA at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

- Amenity passes must be purchased for community access; costs vary by age and day.

- All guests, except children, must show their driver's license to security for entry.

- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

- Maximum of 12 day guests total, regardless of age, 8 overnight guests.- Please keep outside noise to reasonable levels.

- Well-behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $75.

We are available anytime via message, text or call and have boots on the ground to assist with any issue, if one were to arise.
