Lakeside Luxe is a 2,340 sq. ft., four-bedroom Pocono retreat at Big Bass Lake, with lake and waterfall views, lake access, a sunroom swing and coffee bar, theater room, arcade/game room, and fire pit. Designed for family and group escapes, it pairs peaceful wooded surroundings with central AC, Wi-Fi, self check-in, and community recreation.

Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Indoor Pool: Open from Labor Day through the 2nd week of June (closed during the summer when the outdoor pool is open).
• Outdoor Pool, Splash Pad & Lake Swimming: Open from the 2nd week of June through Labor Day weekend.
• Boat Rentals: Open from the 2nd week of June through October 15th.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through April).

Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:
Daily pass: weekdays $8 per day per person
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10 per day per person
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week per person
Holiday week: $50 per week per person

Indoor Comforts:
This 2,340 sq. ft. retreat offers four spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, blending comfort, space, and relaxation for a memorable Pocono getaway. With central AC and heat, multiple gathering areas, a theatre room, arcade/game room, and peaceful water views, the home is designed for families and groups to enjoy colorful fall days and cozy nights indoors.

Entertainment:
Enjoy movie nights in our theater-themed movie room with an 86" TV and ample seating.
We have an array of games for family fun, including an Infinity Game Table with over 40 built-in games.
The garage has been transformed into an arcade and game room with Air Hockey, Ping-Pong, and both classic and modern arcade games.

Cozy Bedrooms:
Our bedrooms offer inviting spaces to rest.

The "Green Suite" features a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The "Boat Room" has a full-sized bed.
The "Mountain Room" has a charming bunk bed and a work desk.
The "Double Room" offers two full beds.

Outdoor Pleasures:
Enjoy meals outside with the propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, surrounded by peaceful Pocono scenery and colorful fall foliage. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit under string lights, roast marshmallows, share stories, and unwind after a day of boating, fishing, hiking, or exploring Big Bass Lake.

Outdoor Firepit:
A dedicated firepit creates the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and enjoying cozy evenings outdoors.

The Larsen Dam Experience:
Take a leisurely walk down the rock path to the Larsen Lake Dam, where you can enjoy the peaceful sound of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Sip your morning coffee on the handmade wooden swing, listen to the water, and enjoy a quiet, private-feeling spot just steps from the home.

From the back deck, you can both see and hear the waterfall, adding to the calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay.

Community Registration Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $30 change fee may apply. Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Parking: There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles.

NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway.
