"체크인 대기 시간이 너무 길어져서 처음에 화가 많이 났었는데, 직원분들이 불편한 내색없이 진심으로 죄송해하고 다른것으로 보상 해 주시려고 노력해 주시는 모습에 많이 누그러 졌었습니다. 어떻게 보면 당연한 걸 수도 있지만 직원분들의 진심이 담긴 태도로 응대해 주시는 모습이 인상 깊었습니다. 그 외 시설이나 청결함은 듣던대로 best of best 였습니다. 부모님이 좋다는 표현을 잘 안하시는데 지내는 내내 너무 좋다고 계속 말씀하셔서 저도 기분이 좋았어요. 번창하세요~"

"3살 아기랑 부모님 모시고 방문했습니다 객실도 깨끗하고 온수도 잘나와서 너무 좋았어요 특히나 스위스풍 컨셉의 빌리지가 너무 멋있었고 산책만해도 하루가 다 갈정도로 컨텐츠 등등 잘 되어 있습니다 속초 중앙시장이랑도 멀지 않아, 포장해와서 먹기도 너무 좋아요"
