Villa Lucella is a newly built luxury property located in a valley in the heart of the Dalmatian hinterland near the picturesque town of Imotski. With its 7 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 17 guests.

Wake up to a glimpse of the imposing mountain of Biokovo and the sun-filled green garden. Look for relaxation at the pool, jacuzzi or sauna after all-day activities including tennis, gym and beach volleyball. We also provide a playground for your children.

Discover the magical nature of Imotski, especially Red and Blue Lake. Visit the beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera located 25 km from the house. Discover the old Dalmatian towns under the protection of UNESCO, Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik, which are within 150 km distance.

The house consists of a ground floor and first floor and an additional facility with fitness and spa. The size of the living space is 270 square meters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are also two shared bathrooms. The house is modernly equipped with the latest designer furnishings and high quality household appliances.

Enjoy a morning coffee on the large terrace overlooking the pool and the green garden. The pool is heated and has a total area of ​​60 square meters and for your youngest we have a shallow pool of depths of 40 cm. There is a free WI-FI throughout the property and each room has its own flat screen TV.

  • Blue Lake * (Croatian: Modro jezero or Plavo jezero) is a karst lake located near Imotski in southern Croatia. Like the nearby Red Lake, it lies in a deep sinkhole possibly formed by the collapse of an enormous underground cave. The total depth from the upper rim is around 220 meters, while water depth varies with season. In spring, when the snow from surrounding mountains melts, it can reach 90 m, and in 1914 it reached 114 m, overflowing the southern rim. The lake is a popular destination for hiking and sight-seeing. Maximum dimensions of the lake are around 800×500 m, but they significantly vary due to big changes in the water level. At the end of the summer the lake may completely disappear. In 1907 a road was built descending to the lake. Fabulous discovery of Croatia

Location of Donji Prolosac gives access top many interesting places from the beaches, islands, National parks and the beautiful old town of SPLIT. Host family is very friendly and ready yo give you good advices and help. Everyone in our 5 families (adults and kids) enjoyed the stay.

Croatian retreat

Beautiful, well designed, large villa with excellent facilities to amuse all ages. The owners are really helpful, tasty homegrown vegetables to use, you do need a car but local area has sites to see and Split not too far. We were a large party with four families and three generations and all said one of the best places they have stayed.

Die Villa ist ein Traum !!!

Wir waren 15 Personen die in dieser Villa einen schönen Urlaub zusammen erleben durften. Die Villa verfügt über 7 Zimmer mit jeweils einem dazugehörigen Badezimmer, (was bei dieser Personenzahl einfach nur genial war) einer Perfekt eingerichteten Küche und einem Waschraum. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt genauso wie der große Pool. An den Nachmittagen konnten wir uns auf dem Beach Volleyballplatz und dem Tennisplatz austoben. Die Abende ließen wir teilweise im Whirlpool und in der Sauna ausklingen. Man muss dazu sagen das die Villa in einem Perfekten und sauberen Zustand ist. Über die Gastfreundschaft von Ivan und seinen Eltern waren wir positiv überrascht. Sie standen uns zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung wenn es Fragen gab. Ein Riesen großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter das unser Urlaub so Traumhaft schön für uns alle war.

Excellent stay in a wonderful house

We had an excellent holiday in this beautiful house full of sporting equipment. Grocery shops are nearby. Blue lake and red lake are very close and the sea not too far. A lot to do and a beautiful place to rest.

Vacation in Markaska

Our stay at Pepe's accommodation was awesome. The house is perfekt as there is everything (pool, tennis court, volleyball field, gym, whirlpool,...) Pepe and his wife are amazing hosts. They took extremly good care of us. At the first day we were given a warm welcome and little snacks were prepared for us. During the week Pepe spoiled us with vegetables from his own garden, self-made liquor and pizza. Furthermore they were always reachable if we had any concerns or wishes. For example the came over immediately at 11 pm when our fridge didn't work anymore, the next day we had a new one. We are very happy to have spent our vaccation there. We can recommend the accommodation to 200%.

Wahnsinnig schöne 5 Sterne Villa

Wir waren zusammen mit 16 Freunden dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Alles in der Villa ist top. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und alles ist sehr sauber .Der Außenbereich mit dem Tennisplatz, dem Beachvolleyballplatz und dem großen Pool war überragend für unsere große Gruppe. Ergänzend gab es einen Basketballkorb und ein kleines Gym mit Whirlpool. Die Gastgeber Filip,Ivan und die Eltern sind sehr sehr herzlich und waren immer sofort da, wenn es mal eine Frage gab. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können diese wunderschöne Villa jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad met dank aan de eigenaar van de villa. De villa is nog nieuw, heeft alle voorzieningen en alles werkte ook. Wij hebben een warm welkom gekregen van de eigenaar en met vragen konden we altijd bij hen terecht. Ik raad deze villa zeker aan!

Alles perfekt!

Ich habe nach einem Ferienhaus für 16 Personen gesucht und bin auf diese Villa gestoßen. Da die Villa neu ist und bisher keine Gäste und somit auch keine Bewertungen hatte (wir sollten also die ersten Gäste überhaupt sein), war ich anfangs skeptisch. Nach Telefonaten mit Fewo und Ivan, dem Inhaber des Objekts, war die Unsicherheit etwas weg und ich habe das Objekt gebucht und war gespannt, was mich bzw. unsere Gruppe mit 16 Personen erwartet. Mein Ansprechpartner war Filip (Ivan's Bruder). Er war jederzeit über whatsapp und Telefon erreichbar. Er spricht sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Als wir dann an der Villa angekommen sind, hat uns Ivan's und Filip's Vater und Mutter herzlich empfangen. Zum Empfang gab es eine kleine Erfrischung (Drinks und einige Köstlichkeiten). Das Haus der Eltern ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mietobjekt. Die Eltern waren also unsere direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Sie sprechen etwas Englisch. Es reicht aus, um grundlegende Sachen zu kommunizieren. Bei komplizierteren Fällen musste ich Filip über das Telefon kontaktieren. Die gesamte Kommunikation lief aber einwandfrei. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das gab uns ein Gefühl der Sicherheit und wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohlgefühlt. Nun zum Mietobjekt: Da wir die ersten Gäste dieser Villa waren, war natürlich alles noch unbenutzt und sauber. Es wurde an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Es handelt sich um ein Luxusobjekt. Die technische Ausstattung ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Klimageräte gab es in jedem einzelnen Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes WC/Bad. Das Mietobjekt besteht aus 2 Häusern, einem großen Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Zur Lage der Villa: Die Villa befindet sich in einer kleinen Ortschaft namens Donji Prolozac, einem ruhigen Ort. Da wir mit dem Auto aus Deutschland angereist waren, hatten wir keine Probleme was Mobilität angeht. Es gab ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe und Supermärkte wie Lidl, wo wir auch unsere meisten Einkäufe getätigt haben. Fazit: Gerne wieder. Die Villa eignet sich auch insbesondere für Familien. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Familien mit Kindern und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Danke nochmal an Ivan's Eltern!!!
