Spacious Modern Lake Retreat w/ Deck! Only a short Walk to Swimming and Fishing!

  • Our modern retreat is just one block up the hill from beautiful Lake Texoma. Being situated so close to the water lets you walk out the front door straight to the lakefront park for swimming, hiking, fishing, and relaxing in nature.

    The house is just a 5 minute drive to both Cedar Mills Marina and Megastar Casino! At the marina are boat slips, a boat ramp, a gift shop, and Pelican's Landing: a restaurant with great food, a bar, and stunning panoramic views of the lake.

    The deck on the side of the house is a great place to sit, relax, and grill out while enjoying the great outdoors. In the yard nearby is a hammock and cornhole as well as other outdoor games. Inside the open-concept floorplan gives plenty of space for you and your entire group to make yourselves at home.

    The living room has high vaulted ceilings and seating for the entire family on the large couch and recliners. In the middle of the room is a large electric fireplace and a smart TV with plenty of streaming options. There is also a dinning space large enough to fit the whole family around! The game room is another great place to hang out with a foosball table and plenty of board games.

    Our brand new central AC system will keep you cool in the summer heat and cozy warm during the winter!

    There are plenty of places to sleep with 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a full bed, and one bunkroom with one twin and one full bunkbed. And in the game room there is a fold out sofa bed.

    You'll have exclusive access to the entire property with keypad entry.

    The driveway has room to park up to 4-5 cars or a medium sized boat.

    A flat screen TV with local channels and streaming services on an Amazon firestick are provided. Good WIFI and a workspace are available if you want to relax and work remotely.

We had a fantastic family weekend and spent so much time in the perfect backyard! The kids loved the bunk beds and foosball table, this is a great house for a family weekend or a trip with friends. We would highly recommend.

Awesome location, walking distance to parks and trailheads and there is even a casino about 5 minutes drive. Deck is nice and cornhole and fusbol table were well used by all. Very spacious inside and was the gathering spot for a multi-home vacay. We caught and ate a fish and threw back some smaller ones. Go to shady park and follow the road til you see the big house. Tell em Tim sent ya.

My sisters and brothers and our spouses stayed at this very nice house and we enjoyed our stay. The house is updated and pleasant. We most appreciated how sparkling clean it was.

Texoma Fishing Trip

We had a nice stay, our cabin was clean and nice with plenty of amenities! Kids enjoyed the foosball and corn hole games, nice fire pit for the evenings! Cody was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had!

Perfect fit for our needs!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, well furnished & equipped. We had plenty of room to spread out or gather for games & family fun. It is close to the lake, marina, dining and other activities. Cody was very responsive when corresponding, and a great help! This house was a perfect fit for our trip to the lake!

Perfect getaway house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The desk/office area was great for WFH and the kids loved the fire pit for Smores. The house was very clean, well maintained and neighbors were friendly! The host Cody was quick to respond and also friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Absolutely 5 stars! If I could give more, I would. We were treated with absolute respect and compassion. House was wonderful. Pictures and description do not do it justice. Please, if you need a quite, peaceful, beautiful place to get away to, you have to go here. We will be back. Thank you for your professional attitude and caring nature.

Getaway

The place was a great escape from the city. The weather was awesome, not too hot. The deck was perfect and the firepit was great for hanging out and enjoying nature. Cody was super helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for letting my family stay at your place!

Gordonville TX

This property was perfect for our family and fur babies! We so enjoyed the home, its outside deck and the backyard. The home was extremely clean upon arrival and easy access. Definitely a place we would book again if in the area. Cody was fantastic to deal with when booking and was quick to respond if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

End of Summer Trip

Property was as described. Cody was amazing host… He responded quickly to any question when booking and even went the extra mile to assist with having somewhere for our boat. Would recommend!
