"Restaurant staff were helpful. Nice location but rooms and towels needs to be cleaner. Hallway smells like cigar most evenings and lots of noise coming through the door. Several lake view rooms are blocked by large trees still being marketed as lake view."

"The room was beautiful, great view of the lake. Plenty of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and all bedding excellent. The bag to take swimming with towels in was very useful. If i was going to fault anything the towels were not of a high standard in the room very thin."

"Only ongoing issue we had for a couple of days was opening the front door. This was temperamental at best despite using the correct code. Also it would be useful to know to bring/buy washing machine tablets and washing up liquid as these are not provided."
