"The hygiene at this hotel was genuinely concerning. Within minutes of getting into bed, I found a long blonde hair on the sheets — and I’m Asian, so it clearly wasn’t mine. When I checked out the next morning, I made a point of looking at the housekeeping staff on my floor, and none of them were blonde either, which makes me question when the sheets were last changed. The pillows were worse. The first one I lay on had a distinct greasy, human-scalp odor, as if the pillowcase hadn’t been washed....

"Hotel was a fabulous place to stay with our kiddos and pets as we’re moving to a new state. Gave our boys a chance to let loose from a long car trip! Bonus was an amazing breakfast! All around wonderful stay!"

"This is our go to stay whenever we’re in the Salt Lake Area. Always. Well accommodating rooms. Beds outstanding."

"Rooms were clean, Staff was friendly, Breakfast was fine, Kitchen was nice to have! The whole time we were there we couldn't get any wifi, they said they were working on it. Also the TV was very limited and couldn't get many stations. We have stayed here many times and enjoyed it very much, but the time there were some issues we have never had before."

"The first room we were put in the tv wouldn't work. The phone wouldn't work to call the desk. So my husband had to walk down there twice after the clerk tried to fix it once. She then put us in another room. It didn't have a clock like the other one, the beds were so uncomfortable my husband didn't sleep at all. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet, the floor of the bathroom was filthy in the corners. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and had several very large stains.
