The view pretty much makes the house! The house is in need of updating. The sofa beds are old and beaten, and other furniture is showing advanced signs of wear. Still, evenings at sunset are stunning. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this house.

We had a wonderful week at this location. Beautiful views out of all areas of the house, and we enjoyed the creative architecture of the house. It was very enjoyable

This place is like a little slice of heaven for us. Beautiful beach for the adults and a game room for the teen. The owners were very responsive to our needs. Love this place!

Nice view beach house and short walk to the beach. We had a great time there.

Great view to the sunset or sun rise from the house. The house had almost everything that we needed. We enjoyed it. We’ll stay there again if we come back to Brookings in the future.

Perfect Beach House

Great Beach house with tons of room and beautiful views. Lots of space to do things together as a family or to take a break by yourself for a minute. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to town.

Beach House adventure

This property was the perfect venue for our family event. The adults loved the view and the well stocked kitchen. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a memorable week and would recommend this lovely home.

Great House for a big family

The property was clean and equipped with pretty much everything. Lots of room for kids to play too. Kitchen is big and easy to use for several people at a time.
