The house is located 300 metres above the beach on the forest promenade in a quiet side street, but still centrally located.
The 2-room flat on the ground floor of the villa is cosily furnished, but unfortunately has no balcony.
Storage facilities for bicycles are available.
A free car park is available for our guests directly at the house.
A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the neighbouring building for a fee.
We ask our guests not to smoke in the flat. Pets on request!Living space: 45 m² for max. 4 persons. Entrance area. 1 living room with pull-out sofa bed for two people, 1 small coffee table, sideboard, TV cabinet with TV, DVD player and radio/CD system, 1 dining table with 4 chairs.
