Electric blinds & insect screens throughout the house, 3 bedrooms & 2 luxury bathrooms, sauna with a view of the golf course, balcony, 2 terraces & garden incl. Private outdoor jacuzzi invite you to a relaxing stay of the luxury class.
All floors in the house are equipped with high-quality porcelain stoneware (tiles) and have a floor heating system that can be regulated per room. The triple glazed windows (plus. Insect protection) provide light-flooded living areas & electric blinds for the corresponding darkening & privacy in the evening. High quality white cassette doors close the individual rooms.
The 2 bathrooms (1 x ground floor, 1 x floor) are covered with high quality porcelain stoneware (tiles). Floor-level, spacious spa showers with fittings of the Grohe brand, design washbasins, towel warmers, hanging toilets and a sauna (upstairs bath) convey a special wellness feeling.
As soon as you enter the holiday home, the exclusive feel-good interior will impress you.
On the ground floor is a separate storage room with a washer / dryer combination (free use), vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, etc. available. A very high quality wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.

Through large windows opens up a phenomenal, unobstructable dream view of the garden and the adjoining 18-hole golf course (Castle Course).
At tee time golfers reach the tee 1 of the castle course with a few steps, since the castle course borders directly on the property, therefore, in the garden area a small staircase was installed, so possibly the way to the tee 1 is even lower or you with ggf can communicate to friendly golfers on a "small service route". Compliance with your booked tee times you can thus stress-free & without finding a parking space - just a stone's throw to the left & you are at the tee 1. Guests of this house have 2 golf trollies available for free.

The 3. Bedroom has very comfortable 2 single beds (each 90x200 cm). All beds are equipped with bedding (pillows and duvets).
Each bedroom has a 40-inch Full HD flat screen, floor-to-ceiling windows / doors. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage space for the holiday wardrobe in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the balcony overlooking the golf course, which you will enjoy on comfortable high back garden chairs.
All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens and electric shutters to keep your sweet dreams as long as possible & undisturbed in the morning. An additional bed for a 7. Person (baby) in a baby travel bed (bookable) can take place in one of the 3 bedrooms.
