Leider war die neue Rezeptionistin sehr unfreundlich und wollte mir trotz mehrfachen Nachweis das ich vor Ort bezahle bei der Expediabuchung keine Rechnung ausstellen. Man hat sich eher als Gast 2. Klasse gefühlt und überhaupt nicht erwünscht. ..."
