"So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...

"I stayed with my girlfriend for 6 days at the Lemon Tree Resort and we really enjoyed the time there. The room was very clean and well equipped, the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the resort is very good, very close to the main street but not noisy at all and 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. So, it´s a great place to stay!"

"The property is very accessible from the airport. Old buildings but housekeeping staff does a very good job of keeping it clean. They are also very nice to talk to. The breakfast was very good even though options were limited. The food service staff is also very responsive and polite. Overall it was a good experience."
