The food was top notch… plus you can eat anywhere with any menu which is great for families. You can’t come to this area of Costa Rica and not stay here. Everything you need or want is here and if it’s not they will set it up for you!"

"Great time there. Staff was the best. We stayed at a few hotels in Costa Rica. This place just felt like a second home. It's not too busy or crowded, so the pools were not packed. The fact that they have 5 places to swim gave us plenty of time to have just our family at one. The best part of this place were the people. They helped us prepare every excursion. Very friendly and personable. We would definitely return."

"It was like staying inside a well kept jungle! The wildlife (birds and plants) on the property were gorgeous. We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. The breakfast was amazing! We only ordered dinner once and it was beautiful. I was okay that the location was closer to the volcano than the downtown. My only complaints are that there weren't enough...
