Comfortable, new holiday home with a swimming pool, situated in a picturesque place surrounded by mountains and forests, away from civilization and city noise. The house is located in Wiśniowa - a village 30 km from the city of Rzeszów and 35 km from the Rzeszów-Jasionka airport. The facility has an area of 190 m2 and is suitable for 12 people. Around it there is a recreation area with a barbecue gazebo and a swimming pool. Right next to it there are two small ponds where you can go fishing a bit. There are many suggestions for interesting hiking tours. There are six 2-person rooms, each with two single beds with the option of joining into a double. Additionally, each has a separate bathroom with a shower. The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a desk with chairs and a TV set with a satellite antenna. The property has two floors. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and an open relaxation "reading corner", i.e. a place with a sofa, table, lamp and bookcase with reading items. On the ground floor there is a spacious vestibule, two bedrooms, a small separate toilet, a small room economic and a living room with a kitchen. One of the rooms with a bathroom is fully adapted for the disabled. The bathroom has all the necessary handles for the disabled. The ground floor is also adapted for a disabled person in a wheelchair - it is easy to get to the house, room, living room and kitchen. The two downstairs rooms have separate patio doors that lead directly to the outside. The kitchen with an open living room is a common place for all guests. The living room has two chests of drawers, a large table for 12 people and a TV set. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary household appliances, i.e. an induction cooker, a microwave oven, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, an overflow coffee machine and a kettle.
