"This is a great place to stay on Jekyll Island. We only spent the night but I would come here again and stay longer! The surrounding area and hotel amenities are enough to keep you active and happy! Very few hotels have bars and serve food anymore so that was a plus too!"

"Overall very good experience. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. The breakfast is pretty basic and no real amenities (there is an outdoor pool) but for the price can’t beat it. "

"The room was outdated, the hot water was minimal, the bed was much too high for our elderly mother to get onto, even though a stool was provided, it had a broken leg. The room stayed warm regardless of how low we set the AC."

"Room was clean. Definitely older property. Pets allowed which was great! My door however did not have any interior installation so it was not as secure as I would like and allowed noise and sunlight through it. In room fridge definitely needed to be cleaned better. "

"pretty spot on the river - dinner was closed and we got pushed out of bar and it was just before 9:00 on Saturday - sleepy town all food on Saturday in area seems to stop serving at 9:00"

"The hotel is in a wonderful location, on the beach and short drive to everything the island has to offer. The hotel is a little dated, but the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, along with the beautiful pool and jacuzzi were great! My wife and I will definitely be back."

"The whole place needs a face lift--carpet in my room and hallways was filthy and the pool deck cracked and needs repair as well as cleaning. Someone had left clothes in the closet. The breakfast was fine and the lady working that area very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very nice."
