  • Welcome to our waterfront . Nestled along the Ware River, this unique property offers an unforgettable experience that combines comfort, luxury, and the most amazing sunsets. The open kitchen, living, and dining areas offer amazing views of the river. The interior is tastefully decorated with the perfect blend of modern elegance and coastal charm. Come and experience coastal living where the water becomes your playground and every moment is a celebration of nature's splendor.

Wonderful view, comfortable accommodations

Check in was a breeze, house is extremely comfortable. We loved being on the dock and kayaking! Beautifully maintained property inside and out.

Wonderful Property

Our stay was great! The host gave us all the information we needed, and the property was amazing. We spent plenty of time talking and reading out on the water while enjoying the view. This property is quiet and fairly secluded but also doesn't feel far from food and entertainment. We loved our stay and would recommend this location to anyone!

Girls Trip

This place is absolutely amazing. So wonderful to have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and NO BUNK beds. Yuck!! View was beautiful. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house in a beautiful location. We loved watching all the birds out back in the mornings. The home itself was was clean and really well maintained. It's obvious the owners really care about the home. We would totally book this property again.

Beautiful spot on the water

Lovely stop over on our way to family. Beautiful home decorated for the holidays and had all the amenities we needed plus little snacks! We got to the a beautiful sunset off the dock and our twins got their own rooms and bathroom. It would’ve cost more to get two rooms at Williamsburg hotel. So happy we got to stay here! Would love to stay the week during summertime! Beautiful home and location!

Relaxing get away

This was the perfect welcoming and cozy house for our family reunion . We enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch on the porch overlooking the beautiful bay, kayaking on calm waters, sunbathing on the lounge chairs surrounded by beautiful /peaceful nature and just relaxing in the confortable living room. Our host was very helpful and quick to answer all our questions. She gave us great recommendations for delicious seafood meals.
